The RAM mount used by Gun Grabber Products Inc. has a Limited Lifetime warranty. If you purchased our Glass Mount Tractor Gun Rack over a YEAR ago, please go to RAM Mount warranty page here to submit your claim. Or if you don’t want to go through the hassle purchase a replacement from us.

If it’s been less than a year and your RAM Mount is not properly working, please contact us at customersupport@thegungrabber.com with your claim. We will need your order number to process your claim. Once verified we will ship out a replacement RAM Mount at no charge.

Any Amazon order you will have to send us your mailing address along with your Amazon order number we cannot access this information through Amazon.
